Thrilling Adventure Nepal Tour is specially designed tour for the young adventure lovers. This tour cover, day hiking trip , rivers rafting at Trishuli River, Bunjee and Swing at Last Resort, CHitwan National Park visit, Paragliding and Zeep Flyer in Pokhara. This tour give you ultimate adventure experience in Nepal.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL KATHMANDU-(Altitude: 1,350m)

Meet and greet upon arrival at the International airport and transfer to hotel. Traditional tika ceremony upon arrival, check into the hotel, tour briefing followed by welcome drink. Late evening enjoy dinner in Nepalese restaurant with local dance, overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmamndu.

DAY 2: EXPLORE KATHMANDU

Breakfast & proceed for the full-day sightseeing tour to Kathmandu valley covering Pashupatinath temple- holiest and oldest Hindu temple, Boudhanath stupa- one of the biggest stupa of the world and. After refreshment proceed for another half-day city tour covering Swayambhunath stupa known as monkey temple – oldest Buddhist stupa situated on a hillock overlooking Kathmandu valley and eastern Himalayan ranges and Patan Durbar Square including oldest Krishna temple. Finally return back to hotel & overnight.

DAY 3: KATHMANDU-CHISAPANI

Your guide will meet you at your hotel and we will drive approximately 1 hr. to Sundarijal where your trek will start. After arriving at trek start point hike to the entrance of Shivapuri National Park, explore the beauty of surroundings where we can find Pine, rhododendron and variety of orchids. It is also equally important places for bird watchers. You will passes through the water reservoir while continue the trek along the staircase. Many wildlife animals are protected in this Park like Sloth Bear, leopard, Wild Boars and Indian Porcupine.After reaching village to the Mulkharka our guide will assist you to find simple lunch at one of the way side shops. The approximately 5 hrs trek on the first day goes through the wilderness and head in to the village of Chisapani. We enjoy Nepali culture in the evening at typical Nepali Tea house where you can purchase dinner and interact with local People.Overnight at Tea house.

DAY 4: CHISAPANI TO NAGARKOT

Prepare for 7 hr, hike after breakfast from Chisapani. Enjoy splendid Mountain View over Himalayas and continue to Nagarkot. It is a beautiful hill station and after 7 hrs, tiring trek you can take the weight off and relax for leisurely evening,

DAY 5: NAGARKOT- BHAKTAPUR- BARABISHE (THE LAST RESORT)

After breakfast at local tea house we hike towards medieval town Bhaktapur via. Changunarayan. The route follows through terraced rice fields, small villages and pine forest switching back and forth between the wilderness trail and country side road. The walks will take 5 hrs and after sightseeing to Bhaktapur you will be drive to Barabishe.Overnight at “The Last Resort”.

DAY 6: DAY ACTIVITIES AT THE LAST RESORT AND DRIVE BACK TO KATHMANDU

After Breakfast, proceed to proceed for the exciting activities as Swing and Bungee. After theis thriling experience, proceed for Cannoning over the local waterfalls. Lunch will be provided at the resort and rest for a while. Later drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. On arrival, free to visit around Thamel tourist market . Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 7: KATHMANDU - CHARAUDI ( RAFTING PUT IN POINT)

After breakfast drive to Charaudi, rafting Put in Points ( 90 Kms 2 hours drive). Briefing about the safety feature, change dress and proceed to river beach for white water rafting. Lunch will be served on the way at river beach at Kuringhat. Dinner and overnight at camp.

DAY 8: WHITE WATER RAFTING & DRIVE TO CHITWAN

After breakfast , enjoy the sceneries of local village and surrounding. Proceed for White water Rafting to Panch Kilo near Mugling where your vehicle will be waiting to transfer you to Chitwan National Park. Arrive National Park after approx one hour drive and check into Jungle lodge / Resort.. Program Briefing followed by lunch and jungle activities. Evening enjoy traditional Tharu Stick dance at Cultural Center. Dinner and overnight at Jungle lodge or resort.

DAY 9: FULL DAY AT CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, enjoy the Elephant back safari inside the jungle to see the famous one-horned rhinos of Asia, wild boars different kinds of deer’s, If you are lucky, you might have an opportunity to see tiger and many more animals. Return back to hotel, lunch is served. After lunch, canoe ride on Buri Ravti River to see the crocodiles, afterward visit Elephant breeding center. Evening visit around local village/ spend time on your own. Late evening, dinner will be served, overnight at hotel.

DAY 10: CHITWAN - KATHMANDU - POKHARA

After breakfast leave for Pokhara (155 Kms) around 4 hrs smooth drive passing through the valleys, rivers, terraces fields and sometimes viewing different Himalayan ranges. Finally arrive Pokhara and Check into hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore your own- visit around lake, go for boating at Fewa lake etc. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY 11: PARAGLIDING AND ZIP FLYER

After breakfast drive to Sarangkot for Paragliding flight. In the mean time enjoy the view of Himalayas and valley from the points. Enjoy the Paragliding flight for 45 minutes to 1 hours to near Fewa lake. Drive back to hotel. Lunch and take a rest. Afternoon drive to Sarangkot for Zip flyers. Return to hotel and overnight.

DAY 12: DRIVE POKHARA TO KATHMANDU

After breakfast drive to Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu and check into hotel. Rest of the day is free for personal activities as shopping, rest at hotel etc. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 13: DEPARTURE

After breakfast timely transfer to Tribhuban International Airport for flight to onward journey with beautiful memories of Nepal.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Any kind of airfare: international or domestic airfare.
  • Meals other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any items and services not mentioned in inclusions.
  • Items of personal nature such as bar bills, alcoholic beverages, laundry, telephone calls, extra mileage, personal gratuities as tips to the staffs at hotel, guide, driver, porter etc.
  • Personal insurance policy – suggested a comprehensive travel insurance covering tour and flight cancellations, loss of valuables, thefts, illness, accidents and hospitalization.
  • Expenses incurred by re-routing, inclement weather, floods, famine, political disruptions, strikes, riots and other disturbances.
  • Emergency evacuation charges [ Helicopter rescue].
  • Horse / Pony ride.
  • Photography charges in the monasteries and monument.
  • Anything that is not mentioned in the INCLUSION

Terms & Conditions


Booking

Your contract is with Mountain Adventure Tours & Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Mountain Adventure Tours & Travels.

Payments

For the services contracted, 40 % advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our office or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

Refund

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Where as in case of Cancellation before the commencement, it will take atleast two weeks time to refund the said amount.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Mountain Adventure Tours & Travels act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

Passports & Visas

To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.

Health

Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel, any person found during the tour with such a disease will be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return home.
